When will my order be shipped?

all orders are shipped within 24 hours of you placing them, you can see order updates via the 'track your order' page. we also will email throughout the process with tracking and order updates!

 

Can I return my item?

Yes! of course you can. whether it doesn't fit or the colour doesn't suit you. You have 30 days from purchasing to return your item for an exchange voucher or gift card. just go to our returns page or contact us at heavensentfullfilment@gmail.com

 

Where is my order?

to track orders progress and see where it is on its journey, simple click the track my order in the menu or footer, input your order number and email address or phone number to see all of your tracking updates, we will also email you tracking and order updates throughout the process.

 

How can I pay?

we support all credit cards, apple pay, Clearpay, Klarna, google pay and much more. there should be no problem in making a payment. if you encounter an issue contact us via email at heavensentfullfilment@gmail.com and one of our team members will be happy to help.

 

I have an issue with my order?
